Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of large-scale construction projects, from initial planning and design to final handover.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage client relationships and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.

Implement risk management strategies and ensure proactive problem-solving.

Control project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.

Utilize project management software and collaboration tools to manage remote teams and project documentation.





Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.

Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Strong understanding of project management principles and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.

PMP or similar construction-specific project management certification is highly preferred.

Ability to manage projects entirely remotely, fostering strong virtual team collaboration.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
