Connecto is an AI agent that gets students and recent graduates job interviews by networking for them. Instead of sending hundreds of applications into the void, students let Connecto connect them with the right people at the right companies and turn those connections into real interviews.

We are expanding across Europe and looking for Partnership Builders to bring Connecto into the organisations that guide young people into the job market.

This is not about selling to individual students: your goal is to close B2B agreements with paying partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify and map the right partners in your country and across Europe: universities (career services, placement offices, degree programmes), student and professional associations, and distribution partners such as training schools, bootcamps, career coaches and recruiting firms

Reach out to decision-makers and book meetings

Show partners how Connecto helps their students and members land interviews, and build the partnership proposal together with the founders

Negotiate and take the deal through to signature

Support the partnership launch and grow the relationship over time

HOW YOU'LL WORK

Directly with the founders, with no layers in between

With real ownership: your partners, your pipeline, your market

No fixed location, no fixed hours and no minimum hours: you decide how much you invest, and your results speak for you

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You communicate clearly and persuasively, in person and in writing





You enjoy opening doors and don't stop at the first "we'll get back to you"

You are autonomous, organised and results-driven An existing network in European university or student life (ESN, AIESEC, student unions, career services) is a big advantage

Students, recent graduates and people with early sales or business development experience are welcome

Fluent English required; your local language is essential, and any additional European language is a plus
