Key Responsibilities

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de los equipos de limpieza en diferentes sitios. Establecer y mantener altos estándares de calidad e higiene en todos los servicios de limpieza. Gestionar la programación de personal, asignación de tareas y seguimiento del rendimiento. Actuar como enlace principal entre la dirección, los equipos de limpieza y los clientes para resolver incidencias. Controlar el inventario de suministros de limpieza y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales necesarios. Implementar y hacer cumplir las políticas de seguridad y salud laboral en todas las operaciones. Requirements

Experiencia previa en gestión de operaciones de limpieza o supervisión de personal, preferiblemente con capacidad remota. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de liderazgo. Dominio de herramientas de planificación y gestión de equipos (ej. software de programación, comunicación online). Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma proactiva y tomar decisiones efectivas.
