Doctoral position at Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Public University of Navarre, Spain
Objectives:
Establish a theoretical framework for the generalized symmetries governing spatiotemporal metamaterials Link these symmetries to the manipulation of spatiotemporal light fields via metasurfaces Implement the developed theoretical methods within commercial simulation solvers During the thesis, the candidate will develop multidisciplinary skills on nanophotonics theory, metasurface design, fabrication, and characterization, gained through secondments at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and an industry internship at JCMwave. Starting date: February 2027
