Spanish Customer Service Host – International Online Business Ceuta, Spain | Full-time | Customer Service Are you based in Ceuta, fluent in English & Spanish and confident communicating professionally in English?

We are recruiting for an exciting Customer Service opportunity based in Ceuta with a successful international online business.

You do NOT need previous gaming experience.

What matters to us is that you have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills and, importantly, strong spoken and written English.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and delivering a genuinely excellent service within a fast-paced international environment.

The role As a Spanish Customer Service Host, you will be responsible for supporting customers and ensuring they receive a friendly, professional and efficient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers via live chat, email and telephone

Responding to customer questions and requests quickly and professionally

Taking ownership of queries from initial contact through to resolution

Handling complaints and more challenging customer conversations

Providing accurate information about customer accounts, products and services

Updating customer information accurately across internal systems

Working closely with other teams to resolve more complex queries

Building positive relationships with customers





Managing multiple conversations and priorities while maintaining excellent service

Following company procedures relating to customer security, compliance and data protection

Consistently meeting service and quality standards

What we're looking for

Be based in Ceuta

Native-level Spanish

Have strong English language skills

This is particularly important. You will be working within an international business where English is used internally, so you must be confident communicating professionally in both spoken and written English.

Have previous customer service experience This could come from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Customer service

Contact centres

Hospitality

Travel or airlines

Banking or financial services

Retail

Telecommunications

Technology

Online/e-commerce businesses

Gaming or sports betting

Previous gaming experience is NOT required. You’ll be joining a successful, international and technology-led business offering an excellent environment in which to develop your customer service career.

You'll receive training and ongoing support, so you don't need previous experience within the gaming sector. We're much more interested in finding people with the right customer service skills, attitude and language ability.
