Accountant Your Tasks

Maintain general and sub-ledgers (e.G. accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank, inventory, work in progress etc.)

Reconcile and control payroll journal entries, including various provisions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (in accordance with IFRS and SPANISH GAAP)

Manage supplier master data, monitor liquidity and execute payment transactions

Oversight of materials management, including calculations and maintenance of material master data

Prepare tax/statistical declarations (e.G. VAT returns, EC-Sales list, Intrastat filings, SII reporting, corporate tax return, plastic tax returns, IAE filing etc.)

Acting as a point of contact for the parent company and other stakeholders on all relevant accounting matters.

With this you convince us

Completed higher education in Finance, Accounting and Controlling (e.G. bachelor's in business administration in Accounting and Controlling, or equivalent)

At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting within an manufacturing company

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.



Understanding of VAT and other financial compliance regulations in Spain

Knowledge of SAP S4HANA (FI/CO, SD and PP) is a plus. High affinity for ERP-supported processes

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail

Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication are a must
