We are looking for a

Senior ServiceNow Architect

to join projects focused on the development, evolution and transformation of solutions on the

ServiceNow platform , with a particular focus on

Sales and Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM) and CPQ .

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and developing

CPQ and Quote-to-Order solutions , working with ServiceNow technologies and

Artificial Intelligence capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agent Studio .

We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow , experience in CRM/Industry Workflows solutions, and hands‑on experience developing AI capabilities on the Now Platform. Knowledge of CPQ, Logik.Ai and Quote-to-Cash processes will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and configure solutions on

ServiceNow , particularly across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ.

Develop and enhance functionality related to

product catalogues, product configuration, pricing, discounts, quoting and order orchestration .

Develop CPQ solutions, including configuration rules, pricing logic and integration with the wider order lifecycle.

Design and develop

AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio , including agents, skills and prompts to support business and sales processes.

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using

REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes .

Develop

Scoped Applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows

and UI components.

Translate business requirements related to products, pricing, discounts and approvals into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers.

Contribute to the definition of best practices, standards and reusable components.

Support the technical estimation and definition of projects and solutions.

Requirements

Must-have

Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow .

Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Experience working with





CRM and Industry Workflows , particularly Sales and Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue or Order Management.

Hands‑on experience developing

AI capabilities on the Now Platform , using technologies such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence.

Strong knowledge of

JavaScript, GlideRecord, server‑side and client‑side scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules and ACLs .

Experience with

Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications .

Experience with integrations using

REST/SOAP APIs , OAuth/JWT, Transform Maps and data import processes.

Experience with

Now Assist / AI Agent Studio , including agent and skill configuration and prompt design.

Experience developing user interfaces using

UI Builder, Now Experience or Service Portal .

Experience with

Automated Test Framework (ATF) and source control using Git.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Strong teamwork skills and a quality‑oriented approach to development.

Advanced level of

English .

Nice to have

CIS certification

in a CRM product line, particularly CIS-CSM.

Experience with

Logik.Ai .

Previous experience in

CPQ , including product configuration, business rules, pricing, discounts and Quote-to-Cash processes.

Experience with other CPQ platforms such as

Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ/Callidus, Conga, PROS or Tacton .

Knowledge of

Agentic AI

architectures, including MCP‑based integrations and multi‑agent orchestration.

Experience in industries involving complex products, such as manufacturing, high‑tech, telecommunications,



industrial or medical devices.

Experience working with

Agile methodologies .
