Agency Management: Oversee relationships with toptier affiliates and networks and execute the strategy across these key partners to meet targetsOptimization amp;
Growth: Continuously audit and optimize commission structures promotional calendars and placement opportunities to maximize channel profitabilityRecruitment:
Identify recruit and onboard highvalue new partners focus influencers and strategic B2B partnersPerformance Reporting: Monitor analyze and report on channel KPIsCrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Product Legal and Finance teams to align campaign messaging budgets and contract termsWhat you need to succeed:Job RequirementsExperience: 5 years of dedicated experience managing largescale partnership ideally within the Affiliate marketing andor travel industryAnalytical Mindset: Strong dataanalysis skills with a track record of managing performancedriven budgets and delivering measurable ROINegotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate placements commission rates and contract terms with premium publishers and media housesAdaptability: Comfort stepping into an established framework quickly taking ownership and working autonomously from day oneCommunication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesGood to havePlatform Expertise: Handson experience with major affiliate networks eg AWIN CJ PartnerStack Rakuten and tracking technologiesAdditional languages are a strong plus eg Spanish French German or others welcomeExperience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistantsExperimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflowsAIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivityAdaptability and Learning Agility:
