What we’re looking for:

Background:

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Telecom, or similar). We speak your technical language.

Track Record:

8–15 years in international business development within B2B sectors (Energy, Infrastructure, Industry).

Languages:

English at a negotiation level (C1/C2) is a must. Proficiency in

French

is a high-value asset that will set you apart.

Mindset:

Strategic vision for long-term, complex sales cycles. We don’t compete on price;

we win through high-impact value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Entry:

Identifying and opening new international territories.

Partnership Building:

Scouting and developing local strategic partners.

Key Account Development:

Managing relationships with Utilities, Engineering firms, and EPCs.

Strategic Alignment:

Working closely with R&D; and Product teams to align our tech stack with general market demands.
