What you'll be doing You'll be our clients' trusted contact after they've booked: you solve their questions, resolve issues and turn every interaction into a real sales opportunity (upselling and cross-selling) without losing sight of the customer experience. You'll collect their feedback and share it with sales and other teams so the experience actually improves — not just on paper. You'll use our CRM so every interaction is properly tracked and nothing falls through the cracks. ? You're a fit if... ✅ You're a student or recent graduate in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
