The company is headquartered in Łódź, Poland, with a warehouse located in the Bałuty suburb of Łódź. The company plans to expand into the markets of Sweden, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain. We are currently seeking self-employed independent commercial agents and local distributors to collaborate with us. The position is based in the agent’s local region and involves sales and market development for men’s electric shavers. Independent sales agents from the metropolitan areas of Stockholm,Gothenburg, and Kalmar in Sweden; Between the ages of 27 and 50, with at least 7 years of relevant sales experience in the industry. # Visit client brick-and-mortar stores in the local area, such as barbershops, pharmacies, or dental clinics; grocery stores in community roadside service areas; and grocery stores adjacent to large supermarkets. In the first year, sales representatives must secure contracts with at least 120 clients and sell 12,000 electric shavers. These performance targets may be adjusted by both parties based on vigente circumstances.) # After two years, establish contacts with major local supermarket chains such as Auchan, Carrefour, ALDI, and LIDL. Successfully supply these supermarkets with electric shavers and other small appliances. # Sign a commercial partnership contract as an independent sales agent.



If performance is satisfactory, you will be offered long-term employment for many years—for example, ten years or more. # Total earnings for the first year (including the base allowance) will be 14.5% of that year’s sales (net sales price). Once cumulative sales reach 25,000 units, the annual commission rate will be 12% of that year’s sales. When annual sales stabilize at 50,000 units or more, the annual commission rate will be 10% of that year’s sales, and this commission rate will remain fixed permanently thereafter. The total earnings mentioned above include all taxes, which the recipient is responsible for paying. (VAT invoices issued by the Italian tax authority must be provided to our company.) (If performance is satisfactory, the individual may serve as the part-time Sales Director for the country, managing and evaluating eight local sales staff. # Upon further satisfactory performance, the company will offer equity incentives and other material rewards, such as becoming a major shareholder and partner in the company. Note: If sales personnel or agents/distributors have the resources to sell goods to countries outside the target country (e.g., the UK, Germany), the terms and benefits for the sales personnel will be determined through mutual agreement.
