Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integrations Team and help us build how Elastic shows up inside the AI ecosystem. The Integrations team owns the developer-facing surfaces that connect Elastic to the broader ecosystem: language clients, CLI, MCP server, third-party integrations, and the skills that make Elastic accessible wherever developers work. You'll build and maintain these projects, engage directly with the developer community, and contribute across team and cross-functional initiatives. We want someone who enjoys an ambiguous, quick-shifting space, who forms opinions about what should be built and not only how, and who is comfortable working closely with our product teams and external partners. You'll build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and the infrastructure behind it, working primarily in Go. You'll be developing, maintaining, and supporting libraries, tools, and integrations related to the Elastic Stack, working in a mixture of languages including Go and Rust. 8+ years of software engineering experience working on backend systems, services or libraries.
