We are currently looking for a Finance & Controller Trainee to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis within a dynamic and international environment. • Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.
• Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Contribute to cost, margin and profitability analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in the monitoring and reporting of different subsidiaries.
• Work with financial data to generate insights and support decision-making. What we’re looking for




• Degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of:
• Financial controlling and reporting
• Financial statements
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, especially when interacting with non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of English is a plus.
• Availability to establish an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required.
