Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage high-volume physical cash transactions for high-end luxury goods sales.
• Perform meticulous, transparent manual cash counting directly in front of VIP customers using standard banking protocols and precision money counter machines.
• Perform multi-layer banknote authentication using UV light detectors, magnetic sensors, and manual anti-counterfeit verification tools to detect fake or damaged currency.
• Directly feed, deposit, and balance high-value cash into the store's smart cash deposit machine / automated vault ATM, adhering to strict double-custody security procedures.




• Ensure full adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and cash transaction reporting limits mandated by company policy and regulatory authorities.
• Issue manual official receipts, tax invoices, and formal proof-of-payment documents upon verifying exact cash totals.
• Maintain complete, real-time manual and digital transaction logs, cash deposit slips, and daily cash count balance sheets.
• Conduct daily opening and closing cash counts, reconciling total vault machine balances against total daily sales vouchers.
• Identify, document, and immediately escalate any cash variances, unverified banknotes, or suspicious transaction activities to store management and security.
• Maintain complete confidentiality, professional poise, and luxury-grade customer service etiquette when handling discreet VIP client transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall store operations and financial administration.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data




• Prepare invoices and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Bank Teller or Cash Office Specialist (handling high-volume physical cash).
• Previous experience in Luxury Retail, High-End Jewelry/Watches, or Premium Hospitality is a strong plus.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration
• Expert mastery in manual cash counting techniques, rapid banknote verification, and counterfeit detection tools.
• Hands-on operational experience with automated cash deposit machines, smart vaults, or cash deposit ATMs.
• Strong knowledge of physical cash security protocols, dual-control procedures, and basic AML / KYC regulations.
• High numerical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and flawless personal and professional integrity.
• Polished demeanor, highly professional communication, and customer service skills suited for luxury VIP clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for daily cash logging and reporting.
• Willing to come to work in weekends and public holiday, if needed.
