We're looking for someone with strong technical editing skills, a genuine passion for audiovisual content, a creative mindset, and a curiosity for exploring new ways of communicating throughvideo, design, and AI-powered tools . This is an opportunity to play an active role in shaping how Zurich Duo communicates and connects with its audiences through engaging and impactful visual content.
You will be responsible for thecreation and adaptation of audiovisual content across different digital channels, helping to strengthen the brand's presence and build a stronger connection with our audiences throughinnovative, relevant, and engaging formats . 2--4 years of experiencein video editing, graphic design, audiovisual production, or digital content creation, ideally within acreative or marketing agency . Strong understanding ofdigital video and static formats, with the ability to adapt content across different platforms and channels.
Proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud, particularlyPhotoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator . Experience creating content forsocial media, with hands?Familiarity withAI-powered content creation toolssuch asBanana Pro, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, or similar is a plus.
A genuinepassion for content creationand a strong interest in emerging trends in digital communication.
Ability toturn ideas into engaging, effective audiovisual content . Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
B2 level of English or higher. You'll be part of an international environment where some meetings, training sessions,



and collaborations may take place in English.
ResponsabilitiesEdit and produce audiovisual contentfor different digital channels and social media platforms.
Createmotion graphics and animationsthat add dynamism and value to our content.
Contribute to the creation of content forsocial media, digital campaigns, and brand activations . Identify emerging trends and content opportunitiesto keep our communication fresh and relevant.
Explore and applyAI-powered toolsto optimise creative workflows and audiovisual production processes.
Provideoccasional support with filming and content productionwhen required.
Solid knowledge ofAdobe After Effects . Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Experience usingCapCut and other editing tools for social media content . Strong understanding ofaudiovisual formats for digital platforms and social media . Familiarity withAI-powered tools for content creation and audiovisual production . Good understanding ofplatform-specific trends and formats, particularly forInstagram and TikTok . Experienceshooting content with smartphones and/or professional cameras . Aportfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, or digital content projects . Experience working incorporate environments or with consumer brands . Permanent contract .
