Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with mobile phones, internet and TV services, including:
Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
What We Offer
Salary & Bonus: €2,094 gross/month + up to 15% monthly bonus
Permanent Contract
Versátil Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays




Training & Support: 2 weeks initial training + guided calls + extra training week
