This is a hybrid role that combines several functions: Funnel analysis, conversion tracking, and churn / drop-off analysis. Customer Journey Product Owner. Developing communication flows to return customers to the loan application process and to support repeat disbursements. Graduate with a mathematics/technical background SQL, Python, BI tools, workflow orchestration (e.g. Airflow), experience working with DWH and large datasets. Fluent in English. Proficiency level in Excel Desirable experience in Power BI Desirable experience in Python Involvement in challenging projects where your contributions will have a tangible impact
