You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan speakers, handling accounts, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.The role requires fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1), a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility for a rotating 8-hour shift.
A 12-month contract with full-time hours and company benefits are offered.
