A fast-growing AI technology company is seeking a commercially driven partnerships professional to build strategic alliances across the European AI infrastructure ecosystem. This role will take ownership of partnerships spanning semiconductor manufacturers, GPU and data-centre hardware resellers, and data-centre operators. You will develop joint propositions, establish scalable routes to market and convert partner-led opportunities into recurring revenue for the company's AI deployment and inference solutions. Coordinate technical validation of the company's AI software across partner hardware platforms. Create joint value propositions, commercial models and go-to-market plans with technology partners. Recruit and enable GPU, server and data-centre hardware resellers to incorporate AI software and inference services into their existing solutions. Establish channel frameworks covering partner onboarding, deal registration, pricing and sales enablement. Work with data-centre operators to launch AI services for their customers and secure capacity for the company's inference offering. Explain the commercial and technical principles of token-based inference, including cost per token, throughput, latency and GPU utilisation. Collaborate closely with legal, finance, presales, product and engineering teams.
At least five years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships within semiconductors, AI infrastructure, cloud technology or data centres. Success negotiating partner or channel agreements that have generated measurable commercial results. A practical understanding of GPUs and accelerators, model deployment, inference serving and data-centre economics. The ability to discuss token pricing, throughput, latency, model compression and infrastructure utilisation with both technical and commercial audiences. An established network among European semiconductor companies, hardware resellers or data-centre operators. Experience creating an early-stage go-to-market motion without an established playbook. Fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Spanish market and the wider European technology ecosystem would be particularly valuable. This is an opportunity to shape a partner strategy from the ground up at the intersection of AI software, semiconductor technology and data-centre infrastructure. In accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in Spain at the time of application. We are unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.
