As a key member of the Product team at Kudelski Security, a leading multi-national cybersecurity company, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our OT cybersecurity products and services by focusing on our differentiating features and capabilities. With your deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape combined with your experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments, you will identify market opportunities, write compelling business cases,



and document market requirements to shape the future of Kudelski Security's offerings. Working with a cross-functional team, including Product Owners, Solution Marketers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and other roles across the company, you will shape and refine Kudelski Security's products and services to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. You will be responsible for managing the OT offering life cycle, from strategic planning to supporting tactical execution, playing a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. Your Key Qualities and Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities, develop product roadmaps, and make data-driven decisions. Client focus and the ability to put the client first in all product development decisions. Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve product success. Understanding and experience with Agile Product development practices Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science) or related field equivalent experience.
