Lawyer with 3/4 years of experience in the finance area At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the Finance practice, specializing in all types of financing transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, structured and project finance, real estate finance,



as well as the design of financing and debt refinancing structures, to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.
Previous experience in a law firm with similar characteristics to ours, or extensive knowledge of the market in this area of practice, will be highly valued.
Responsibilities will include, among others, leading or participating in matters in accordance with the strategy defined by partners and senior associates, including in-depth legal analysis, client interaction, representation, drafting of reports and technical documentation, and active collaboration with more senior lawyers. Excellent level of English.
