Senior Solutions Engineer | REMOTE/ Join DP World and play a key role in shaping complex end-to-end supply chain solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence across Europe. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead the design and development of complex supply chain solutions, supporting new business opportunities from initial concept through to implementation. Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Project teams, you will create innovative, data-driven solutions that meet customer requirements while delivering commercial value and operational excellence. Lead the design of end-to-end supply chain solutions, from network optimisation through to warehouse processes, workstations, and operational layouts. Support the transition of awarded projects into detailed operational designs and successful implementation plans. Lead or support engineering activities during new business launches, including process validation, infrastructure setup, contractor management,



and operational readiness. Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities and provide practical, measurable solutions. Support the development and training of site-based engineering teams while embedding regional standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical solutions.
