You'll own the brand voice, the website, the SEO strategy, and the overarching positioning logic that ties all our products and markets together
- while also being the experienced hand that keeps the team moving fast and in the right direction. Define and maintain brand governance
- setting the quality bar for how Work Flex looks, sounds, and positions itself externally. Own the website architecture and messaging
- ensuring Work Flex speaks with one coherent, compelling voice across all products and markets. Lead SEO strategy across markets, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager on execution and prioritization. Drive PR and narrative
- shaping how Work Flex is talked about in the press, at industry events,



and across the HR tech landscape. Actively test and implement AI-powered workflows and automations. Lead ad-hoc strategic projects including brand research, competitor analysis, market surveys, etc. What you need to succeed You are proficient in German
- You'll be the author of our messaging architecture for the DACH market and the quality standard for how we communicate in German. You have 4-6 years of B2 B marketing experience, with a strong track record in messaging, positioning, or brand strategy
- ideally in Saa S, HR tech, legal tech, or a similarly complex solution category. You have a strong enough understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content to give good direction and catch problems early
- even if these aren't your primary specialisms. Experience in B2 B Saa S in the HR industry, or in business travel, general mobility, or compliance-adjacent categories is a strong plus. VSOPs (Virtual Stock Options) to share in our success. A monthly budget of €200 to spend on co-working space and/or sports subscriptions. Work from anywhere in a remote-only company and go on workations for up to 183 days a year.
