Key Account & KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons). Compliance & Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.

Industry Background:



Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables.
Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Chineseis a strong asset.
