Full ownership of GÜD's upcoming openings: planning, coordination, and execution. Construction follow-up: monitoring progress, deliveries, timelines, finishes, and quality. Coordination of machinery, equipment, and full operational setup prior to opening Management of critical deadlines: opening on time, without excuses, and meeting premium standards. Recruitment, Training, and Culture. Recruitment of key profiles (baristas, floor staff, shift supervisors).



Design and execution of onboarding and operational training. Suppliers, Administration, and Operational Control. Management of suppliers (coffee, matcha, bakery, packaging, cleaning, maintenance, etc.). Negotiation, cost control, and continuous improvement of supplier conditions. Organization of purchasing, inventory, and day-to-day operations. Ownership mindset: treats the brand as their own and drives progress without needing supervision. High energy, strong attention to detail, and obsession with excellence. Experience in hospitality operations (specialty coffee, restaurants, premium retail, or store openings). Ability to coordinate construction, teams, and suppliers while maintaining full operational control.
