RubyPlay is seeking a Principal 2D Animator to lead animation delivery across studios and projects. You will own animation from start to finish, shape the studio's animation approach, and collaborate with art directors on multiple titles from conception to final polish. You will mentor peers, push mobile-optimised techniques, and raise the team's quality bar while maintaining a fast, reliable delivery cadence in a remote-first environment. #J-*-Ljbffr
