About the PositionJoin an international customer service team supporting well-known brands in the fashion industry.
In this role, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, voicemail, and other communication channels.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalates cases when necessary.
Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
Ensure timely responses and resolutions in line with service standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and customer support procedures.




Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate team members.
Follow project processes, procedures, and administrative requirements.
RequirementsFluent or bilingual proficiency in Finnish.
Advanced level of English or Spanish.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to understand customer needs.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer inquiries.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a rotating schedule.
