Learn our Gaming System and underlying business model/processesProvide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for iGaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.)Participate in regular configurations of iGaming System.
Expertise in technical support, particular across 2nd/3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product mainly in (C# .
NET)Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# . NET, microservices, APIs,



certificates and cloud based developmentFrontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architectureExperience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testingExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
