In this role, your mission is to lead and develop a team of engineers, driving innovation, technical excellence, and the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers. Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to industrialization. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and engineering change initiatives. Monitor project performance, risks, and resources, implementing corrective actions when needed. Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience leading New Product Development (NPD)
