Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate and oversee NDT training and certification activities to support Westinghouse inspection and testing programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ASME CP-189 and CP-105, and maintain up-to-date competency through training, qualification, and recertification processes. Your work will help ensure safe, reliable operations in the nuclear sector while aligning with regulatory and customer requirements. This role offers impact through structured training programs, audits support, and continuous improvement in NDT skills.

- Plan and coordinate training, qualification, and recertification needs with operating organizations
- Develop, update, and deliver NDT training programs and documentation with support from technical teams
- Advise departments on training, examination, qualification, certification and competency requirements
- Manage qualification, certification, and recertification records and associated documentation
- Maintain regulatory and technological awareness to refresh training programs
- Support internal,



customer and certification body audits relating to personnel competence
- Deliver technical training and create instructional activities

- 5+ years of experience with NDT training and certification programs
- 5+ years of experience as an NDT instructor or technical examiner
- Knowledge of regulated sectors, especially nuclear or aerospace
- Knowledge of NDT methods UT, VT, ET, MT, PT, RT and advanced technologies
- Knowledge of national and international NDT standards
- Competence in quality and technical documentation management systems
- Knowledge of training and technical assessment methodologies and competency development
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
- NDT certifications following ANSI/ASNT CP-189 (valued)
