Experteer Overview As a Business Analyst at SOFICO, you bridge business needs and development work, shaping Miles to fit customer and market demands. You will work with cross-functional, international teams to transform processes into actionable requirements and user stories, while guiding AI-assisted analysis throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll identify gaps in the Miles offering and help prioritize work aligned with product strategy. This role offers hands-on involvement in an AI-enabled development environment and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

- Translate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for developers and AI agents
- Leverage AI tools to research domains, model processes, draft specifications, and review AI outputs prior to development
- Identify gaps in the Miles offering and propose market-aligned, feasible solutions
- Support Product Owners in prioritization based on customer needs, market insights, and product strategy
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

- Experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or delivery environment
- Experience in automotive finance, leasing, fleet management or mobility is a strong plus
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements in leasing and financial services
- Skills in business process modelling, requirements elicitation and documentation (Draw.
Io, Figma, Visio)
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work, or willingness to build that experience
