Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and own research for Fever Sports, shaping both consumer and partner experiences. You’ll define the research roadmap in collaboration with Product Design and Product Management, and translate findings into actionable product decisions. You will work with senior stakeholders to prioritise questions, run mixed-method studies, and prototype solutions with cross-functional peers. - Define and deliver the Fever Sports research roadmap for B2C and B2B with Product Design and Product Management
- Engage senior stakeholders to source and prioritise business questions
- Plan and conduct mixed-method studies (usability tests, interviews, surveys, behavioural data analysis, benchmarking)
- Build and test prototypes with Designers, PMs, Tech Leads and Engineers, ensuring feasibility
- Turn findings into actionable insights shaping product and business decisions
- Communicate findings organization-wide and advocate for the Research team




- Mentor junior researchers and guide a more junior colleague
- Improve research processes and research ops using prior experienceResponsabilidades
- Around 10 years of professional experience in User Research or related field (5+ years acceptable)
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods with emphasis on usability testing
- Ability to map business questions to appropriate research methods
- Hands-on data analysis skills with at least one tool (Excel, SQL, SPSS)
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with stakeholders under time pressure
- Comfort with ambiguity and collaboration with PMs and Designers
- Prototype testing and prototype building skills
- Professional proficiency in English or Spanish
