Experteer Overview In this role you support the Asset Management IR team to drive growth across Alantra’s products and geographies. You will liaise with investors and service providers, oversee fund operations, and coordinate across departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The role offers exposure to multiple product lines and digitalization initiatives within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will contribute to maintaining KYC/AML controls and high-quality investor communications.

- Onboard investors and perform KYC/AML review
- Prepare and send investor communications and reports
- Oversee funds’ administrators and coordinate external service providers
- Review net asset value calculations for investment vehicles
- Review quarterly/annual product reports and internal dashboards
- Coordinate with Capital Raising, Finance,



Legal, ESG and fund managers
- Support digitalization efforts within IR
- Prepare materials for governing bodies of products
- Organize documentation for governing bodies
- Assist in governance and control processesResponsabilidades
- 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proactivity and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
