YOUR TASKS:

Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP4Wind) and Process Sign-Off (PPAP) for suppliers

Assess and develop supplier manufacturing processes for quality, capacity, and capability

Drive resolution of supplier-related quality issues from pre-production through post-launch

Serve as the technical authority for propulsion manufacturing processes

Conduct supplier readiness reviews and launch support, including run-at-rate and PPAP validation

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality alignment

Contributes to and participates in Material Review Boards

Contributes and participates in supplier performance reviews

Contributes to establishment & driving Supplier Quality improvement goals

Manage suppliers on an ongoing basis via regular email addresses or authorized recruitment partners.
