We are looking for an experienced, hands‐on finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to drive cross‐functional projects.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond traditional financial controlling and play an active role in improving how our business operates and evolves. Reporting directly to our CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring financial control, improving project profitability, and coordinating strategic internal initiatives.



You will combine financial management, business analysis, and cross‐functional project coordination, contributing directly to operational efficiency and business transformation. Your Key Responsibilities

- Analyze P&L; statements and profitability by project, client, and business sector.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial deviations, identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support strategic decision‐making.
