In this role you lead procurement and contracts for data center projects, driving value, continuity, and risk management. You will align engineering, construction, and finance teams to secure favorable terms, governance, and supplier performance across regions. You’ll tackle complex negotiations, change orders, and escalation management to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of critical infrastructure. You’ll work with executive suppliers and build high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive procurement governance, policy adherence, and supplier audits to reduce cost and risk
• Own SLA strategy, negotiations, governance, escalation, and contingency planning for supplier accountability
• Lead risk identification and corrective actions with stakeholders and suppliers for resilience and compliance
• Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams aligned with Microsoft culture and leadership principles
• Provide executive leadership on procurement, pricing,



contract execution, change order governance, claims, and supplier performance
• Execute multi-year sourcing strategies across strategic categories to optimize cost and continuity
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage supplier partnerships for scalable outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on commercial priorities and drive business outcomes

Responsabilidades
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with proven data science/analytics, xghoner finance, PM, supply chain, and/or operations experience OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields with equivalent experience
• Proven experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Experience in procurement governance, contract management, and supplier performance oversight
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
