In this role you lead the global advertising product end-to-end, shaping the ad-core stack and new revenue surfaces across markets. You’ll drive monetisation growth while protecting user trust, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales to unlock scalable revenue. You’ll shape AI-native advertising experiences and measure success with key metrics. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a fast-moving, customer-led marketplace culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the integral advertising product end-to-end across marketplaces and platforms
• Grow revenue beyond listings with tools for self-serve advertising, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats
• Integrate ads into AI-native surfaces (e.g., AutoIQ, agentic search) while balancing yield and buyer experience
• Define and track success metrics (revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer impact)
• Collaborate with Engineering,



Data Science, Commercial, and Sales to unlock revenue growth
• Represent the advertising product at leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executives

Responsabilidades
• Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
• Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products (programmatic, third-party, billing, or ad-serving platforms)
• Experience taking monetisation xghoner products from early stage to meaningful revenue
• Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience using evidence-based trade-offs
• AI-native mindset: build with AI and experiment with AI tools in product craft
• Zero-to-one mindset: identify opportunities, prototype, and ship
• Comfort with ambiguity and defining clarity through action
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
