In this role you will manage supplier deliveries and coordinate internal task forces to protect customers. You will act as the main interface with suppliers for operations and contract management, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost-effective service for military aircraft programs. You will work within a multinational environment to safeguard material flow, support MRO and Retrofit activities, and drive continuous improvement in line with contracts.

• Serve as focal point for suppliers on operations and contract management and act as ambassador toward internal functions
• Manage material flows to ensure outsourced/purchased products are delivered on time, with expected quality and cost
• Control supplier activities and maintain visibility on supplier status and scope

• Support MRO and Retrofit activities and in-service task forces (EF Plateau, Tiger Team, Maturity)
• Support improvement and development plans to secure delivery of products/services per contracts
• Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers




• Non-conformance management for containment and root cause analysis support with SCQM
• Export control activities (export licence process, classification declarations) support
• Invoice management to ensure timely payment
• Use ordering cockpit to monitor supplier performance
• Maintain close communication with internal customer sites to coordinate delivery of procured goods/services

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export Control, or xghoner Aircraft/Component Repair activities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive risk anticipation and mitigation, adaptable in dynamic, multicultural teams
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP), MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Nice to have: experience in aviation aftermarket, military services, or defense procurement environments
