In this role you contribute to major infrastructure delivery, focusing on drainage design within the Transportation team. You will lead hydraulic design activities, ensure quality across projects, and guide multidisciplinary teams in an international context. You will validate studies, run hydraulic modelling, and oversee documentation in English and Spanish. This position offers the chance to shape resilient, scalable infrastructure while collaborating with experts worldwide.

• Lead the drainage design for highways, railways, airports and related projects with technical quality oversight
• Review and validate hydrological and hydraulic studies produced by project teams
• Coordinate hydraulic modelling activities using specialized software and packages




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international environments to ensure integrated solutions
• Review and approve technical documentation in both Spanish and English to meet quality and project requirements
• Provide technical guidance to junior professionals and design teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• Master in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in design and delivery of linear infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with xghoner Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads/OpenRail
• Knowledge of GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Experience with HEC-RAS, Infoworks for hydraulic and flood modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork; Fluent English (written and spoken)
