In this role you will shape and deliver data-driven, AI-enabled talent strategies for the EMEA region, partnering with senior leaders to align hiring with business priorities. You will lead a high-performing TA team, drive predictive analytics, and implement innovative sourcing frameworks to build strong pipelines for current and future growth. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, experimentation with emerging HR tech, and accountable delivery in a hybrid setup across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years in people management
• Deep specialization in TA for technical roles within technology companies
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy with AI-driven sourcing and workforce insights across EMEA
• Track record of data-driven, multi-channel sourcing and AI-enabled candidate discovery and pipeline creation
• Strong metrics ownership and capability to define success, track outcomes, xghoner and drive continuous improvement
• Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with clear goals and accountability
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with evidence-based, predictive analytics
• Exceptional leadership and ability to develop high-performing, digitally fluent teams
• Growth mindset and openness to AI technologies and new TA innovations
• Ability to collaborate across functions and operate in a matrixed environment
• Comfort with strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring and change management
