As Market Intelligence Specialist, you guide strategic decisions by coordinating global market and competitive intelligence across Service, Sales and regional teams. You translate insights into actionable recommendations and help elevate decision-making with benchmarking, trend analysis, and management-ready briefs. You will build databases and dashboards to enhance intelligence capabilities, working with cross-functional stakeholders to shape wind energy strategies.

• Act as central point of contact for market and competitive intelligence across the organization
• Coordinate intelligence gathering with Service, Sales, regional units and external sources
• Perform benchmarking and competitive analyses of service offerings, business models, and market approaches
• Analyze competitors' maintenance concepts, service terms, warranties, spare parts and aftermarket solutions
• Identify market trends and best practices in the global wind energy industry
• Prepare management presentations,
decision papers and strategic recommendations
• Support development of databases, dashboards and AI-enabled intelligence processes
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management or related field
• Experience in wind energy or industrial B2B environment is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market xghoner information
• Proven ability to collaborate with international and cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and data visualization tools
• Fluent English; German or Spanish beneficial
• Willingness to travel approx. every 6 weeks
