As BMP Rollout Manager, you own the global IT delivery, product vision, and evolution of BMP rollout and claims management. This Director-level role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and transformation, shaping the platform strategy and budget while guiding a globally distributed engineering organization. You will translate business priorities into scalable, compliant tech solutions and drive adoption, leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI to boost productivity and measurable value. You’ll partner with senior leaders and external vendors to deliver a trusted technology platform that scales globally.

• Own the general IT product vision and strategy for BMP, translating priorities into a scalable roadmap and measurable outcomes
• Lead end-to-end IT delivery to ensure quality, reliability, and transparency across BMP and claims capabilities
• Steer the IT budget, balancing run and change investments with cost transparency and strategic alignment
• Build and develop a global engineering organization across geographies and partners
• Partner with senior executives and board-level stakeholders,



providing data-driven perspectives on progress and risk
• Shape sourcing and vendor governance, aligning with Procurement and performance expectations
• Drive global adoption and consistent implementation of the BMP product, ensuring security, configurability, and regulatory compliance
• Champion technology innovation, including GenAI and Agentic AI to improve productivity and outcomes

Responsabilidades
• Significant leadership experience in large-scale IT delivery or software engineering
• Proven success building and guiding internationally distributed teams
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management with senior/board-level xghoner influence
• Experience owning technology strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and large-scale delivery
• Knowledge of modern software practices (Agile, DevOps, SAFe or similar)
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and sourcing models
• Strategic, pragmatic leadership with clear decision-making and risk management
• Fluent English; experience across cultures; insurance/financial services exposure is a plus
