In this role you will own the AMOC INTL strategy and planning to scale four service pillars across regions. You will partner with pillar leaders and hubs to set ro utes, standards, and a single planning heartbeat. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, data governance, and expansion into new markets, reducing silos in a large, cross-regional organization. The role is an individual contributor focused on strategic impact, executive-ready communication, and cross-functional alignment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and manage AMOC INTL's end-to-end strategy and planning rhythm (multi-year plans, quarterly reviews, and executive narratives) across four pillars and regions
• Lead country-market expansion efforts with scalable launch models (workload baselines, vendor onboarding, SOP templates, headcount gearing)
• Own data definitions and governance for a cross-pillar data layer and the v1 metrics set (uptime, vendor performance, cost per asset,



energy dashboards)
• Standardize SOPs and operating models across BBM, PPM, P2P, and EVC, including follow-the-sun processes
• Coordinate with Finance, pillar leaders, and regional teams to align launches with headcount and capacity planning
• Produce concise, executive-ready documents and narratives for leadership reviews and MBRS

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of building codes and safety compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or xghoner related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in strategy, program/business operations, or planning at organization or multi-team scope
• Proven ownership of multi-year planning cycles and executive rhythm-of-business documents
• Strong written-narrative skills and ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into data-backed documents
• Proven ability to influence and deliver across multiple teams and regions without direct authority
