In this role you will help manage and monitor Pu0026amp;L and budgets, deliver financial forecasts and real-time dashboards, and support the accounting and reporting processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, leveraging AI tools to uncover trends and improve accuracy. You will contribute to automation initiatives to drive efficiency and ensure compliant financial operations. • Support preparation of financial forecasts and monthly closings
• Analyze variances and flag potential risks to senior team members

• Contribute to automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring
• Review accounting operations and support Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis, Pu0026L statements, balance sheets)
• Coordinate financial statement approval process and review local audit results
• Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting policies
• Utilize xghoner AI tools to streamline data reconciliation and error detection
• Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• English: Advanced
• 3+ years of experience in finance
• Experience in media, digital, tech, data, or consulting is preferred
