As AdTech Software Engineer (Backend) you build and integrate data-driven AdTech solutions to optimize paid media campaigns. You will own end-to-end delivery, from data pipelines to API integrations with major channels, collaborating across teams and external partners. You lead architecture setup, DevOps practices, and secure data handling, driving high-quality software that supports marketing performance. This role combines technical rigor with cross-functional influence in a fast, agile environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop new AdTech solutions and data transfer to paid media channels for audience lookalikes and retargeting
• Lead API integrations with external partners (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and enable other teams to use the platform APIs
• Design and set up data architectures, pipelines, and native cloud components
• Develop high-quality, tested software ready for shipping
• Analyze data transfer processes and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Manage tagging, implementation, logging, alerting, and tracing in cloud environments




• Apply security concepts around personal data transfer
• Work in agile teams across capability areas to develop and maintain products
• Promote best practices in software engineering (DRY, TDD/BDD, CI, automated tests, code reviews)
• Mentor teammates and encourage cross-functional collaboration
• Drive standards development and explore new technologies to boost productivity
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital solutions

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience xghoner with Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud platforms
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines experience and GitHub workflows
• Strong API design, system integration, and scalable distributed architectures
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience designing, building, and operating production end-to-end systems
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across teams and external partners
• Mobile app development skills are a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
