In this role you will drive new business and growth for ADP’s digital solutions in Growth Markets, engaging Fortune 100 to SMB clients over the phone and building cross-country relationships. You’ll turn prospects into customers, expand within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored payroll/HR solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear advancement paths and recognition for performance. This is a high-visibility role for a growth-minded seller who thrives on closing and impact.

• Generate and exceed sales targets through outbound prospecting and closing of new business
• Build and manage a multi-country prospect portfolio and end-to-end sales cycles

Responsabilidades
• Experience in B2B sales, enterprise/global accounts
• Outbound prospecting and independent territory management
• Proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
• xghoner Strong closing skills, assertive and persistent
• Fluent in English and one of: German/Austrian, Czech, Baltic, Nordic, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Turkish
• Well-organized with strong time and activity management
