In this role you will partner with the CMO to structure and oversee Marketing priorities, connecting leadership and cross-functional teams to enable clearer decision-making and coordinated delivery. You will lead a small team, own objective-setting and key meetings, and ensure a consolidated view of priorities with clear dependencies. You will drive improved ways of working and use AI tools to accelerate planning and communications. This is an opportunity to be a central engine for Marketing, shaping alignment and functional excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Structure and maintain visibility over Marketing priorities with the CMO
• Lead and develop a small team with clear priorities
• Own objective-setting and review processes, tracking progress and risks
• Prepare senior meetings and create focused narratives




• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and surface dependencies
• Coordinate cross-team inputs for priorities and accountabilities
• Communicate consistently across Marketing to keep the organization informed
• Capture decisions and follow up with owners to ensure commitments
• Coordinate projects sponsored by the CMO and manage milestones
• Improve templates and ways of working for clearer, faster planning and delivery using AI tools

• Experience in a CMO Office or senior marketing/operational role
• Experience working with senior leaders in a complex organisation
• Experience managing a small team
• Experience coordinating priorities across multiple teams while respecting ownership
• Experience preparing senior-level meetings and communications
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital business is valuable
