As Principal Product Manager, you own the end-to-end SW CRM product vision and roadmap across the CRM++ value stream, driving cross-program coherence and strategic prioritization. You translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities and set governance with senior sponsors. You balance platform strategy, data architecture, and AI-driven automation to accelerate deal velocity and improve efficiency. This role offers impact across a large enterprise CRM ecosystem and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-cloud roadmap for the CRM ecosystem (Single CRM Consolidation, Entitlements, Sales Comp, WXP Hardening, Master Data, SFDC Ru0026M).
• Shape platform vision by aligning business goals with Salesforce cloud solutions and evaluating feature vs. buy vs. custom development.
• Lead technical and governance aspects, including data architecture, AI/automation governance,



and minimizing technical debt.
• Manage stakeholder alignment with executives and sponsors, tracking ROI and value realization post-release.
• Oversee release management and ecosystem alignment, including vendor governance, license planning, and backlog prioritization. xghoner
• Frame epics and user journeys for SFDC developers and admins, guiding sprint planning and acceptance.

Responsabilidades
• 9-12 years Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS
• Deep SFDC platform expertise across Funnel/Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, WXP
• 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Lead-to-Cash
• Enterprise-grade product management skills (roadmap prioritization, MoSCoW, RICE)
• Strong multi-VP stakeholder management and ability to present to L3/L4 sponsors
• Data-driven decision making with SFDC dashboards, Tableau, and Excel forecasting
