In this role you drive the transformation of complex System of Systems (SoS) architectures into live, high-value demonstrators for vertical flight. You will work within a cross-divisional environment in Getafe, coordinating with Airbus Helicopters and external partners to ensure program success and compliance. You’ll lead end-to-end technical, planning, and funding activities to advance multi-domain technologies from concept to TRL 6–7, shaping future products and cutting-edge missions.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead end-to-end technical, programmatic and planning execution of multi-domain demonstrators up to TRL 6-7
• Oversee SoS integration across manned helicopters, UAS, C2 stations, cloud connectivity and sensor suites
• Manage complex external stakeholder network including government entities and technology partners
• Ensure smooth Ru0026T to Ru0026D handover into core product programs and integration into Engineering Centres of Competence




• Coordinate funding strategies and deliverables for external funding audits and demonstrations
• Protect IP and knowledge generated during design, development and testing under Head of IP guidance

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in aeronautical program management
• Proven track record leading complex systems and SoS architectures
• Advanced SoS engineering and multi-asset interoperability knowledge
• Experience in budgets, schedules, risk-sharing xghoner and public/private funding audits
• Autonomous leadership of multidisciplinary teams with strategic vision
• Experience navigating government entities, public authorities and operators
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willing to travel sporadically
• Integrity and compliance risk awareness
• Knowledge of EOS/payloads integration and GNC is a plus
• Dual-use capability for civil and defense environments
