Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate architectural and engineering functions to provide skilled manpower and technical resources for complex life sciences projects. You will work closely with project sponsors and managers to ensure design quality, compliance, and timely delivery within budget. You’ll drive multidisciplinary coordination, design execution planning, and Handover to construction, shaping project outcomes at scale. This role offers meaningful impact through QA/QC, risk management, and continuous improvement within IPS and Linesight integration. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support client relationship maintenance with Project Sponsor and Project Manager
• Create and manage the Design Execution and Quality Plan
• Define project communication strategy for design execution
• Identify regulatory requirements and client standards for scope
• Coordinate design responsibilities matrix and BIM LOD across stages
• Lead the coordination of multi-discipline design interfaces
• Support 3rd party designers and verify scope/delivery




• Ensure space management and model development meetings
• Review design decisions, earned value, and progress reporting with Project Controls
• Facilitate design reviews and safety/process safety reviews
• Coordinate design handover to Construction Management Team
• Assess value engineering opportunities across lifecycle Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering (or related subject)
• Spanish language proficiency at B2 level
• Experience delivering complex multi-discipline EPCM projects in Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical sector
• Strong commercial awareness with budget, man-hours, and targets
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines within budget
• Results-oriented with focus on high quality and business services
• Ability to lead and supervise internal and external teams
